White Classic Sourdough Tin Loaf (800g)
A beautifully simple white sourdough tin loaf with a soft, even crumb, gentle chew, and mellow depth of flavour from long fermentation. Made using the same dough as our White Classic Sourdough, baked in a tin for a more uniform shape and slice with a slighly denser crumb.
This is our everyday sourdough, shaped differently — dependable, versatile, and made the traditional way.
Naturally leavened and slowly fermented, the dough develops a subtle tang and balanced flavour. Baking in a tin produces a thinner crust and a close, tender crumb, making it ideal for slicing, toasting, and sandwiches.
Local flour, whenever we can
When available, we use locally milled white flour from Charlecote Mill, the last working watermill in South Warwickshire. If local flour isn’t available, we switch to a carefully chosen organic white flour so the loaf remains consistent, flavourful, and well balanced.

Serving suggestions
Perfect for toast, sandwiches, and everyday use. The even crumb and uniform slices make it especially good for breakfast toast, grilled sandwiches, and packed lunches.
Storage & freshness
Best enjoyed within 3–4 days. Keep cut-side down on a board or in a bread bag. For longer keeping, slice and freeze — it toasts beautifully straight from frozen.
