The Midnight Bakery is a small artisan bakery in South Warwickshire, currently exploring relationships with a limited number of pubs, cafés, and farm shops who share our approach to bread: simple ingredients, careful preparation, and quality over volume.

Our sourdough is made slowly, baked overnight, and delivered locally. We’re interested in working with businesses who see bread as part of the overall experience — not just something on the side.

We’re particularly interested in working with businesses who value provenance, consistency, and bread made without shortcuts.


Our approach to bread

All of our sourdough is:

  • Naturally leavened

  • Made with organic flour where possible

  • Available with heritage and ancient grains (seasonal)

  • Mixed, fermented, shaped, and baked by hand

  • Free from improvers, preservatives, and additives

We keep our range small and considered, focusing on quality and reliability rather than scale.


Local by design

Any potential trade supply would be within a 6-mile radius of the bakery.

Keeping things local allows us to:

  • Bake specifically to order

  • Deliver bread at peak freshness

  • Maintain consistency

  • Reduce unnecessary food miles

We’re not set up for national distribution or couriered deliveries — and that’s a deliberate choice.


How trade supply would work

Because sourdough relies on time rather than speed, trade orders would be:

  • Planned in advance

  • Baked overnight

  • Delivered on agreed weekdays

We’d aim to build relationships gradually, ensuring quality and reliability are maintained as demand grows.
