Fresh bread, baked overnight and delivered locally.

At The Midnight Bakery, delivery is part of how the bread is made — not an afterthought.

We bake through the night so our sourdough can be delivered fresh during the day, while it’s still at its best.

Our delivery area

We currently deliver within a 6-mile radius of the bakery, covering much of South Warwickshire.

Keeping our delivery area local allows us to:

  • Bake in smaller, more careful batches

  • Deliver bread at peak freshness

  • Reduce food miles and waste

  • Maintain consistency from oven to doorstep

If you’re unsure whether you’re within our delivery area, please check before ordering or get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

How delivery works

  1. Order online
Choose your bread and select a delivery date at checkout.

  2. We bake overnight
Your bread is mixed, fermented, shaped, and baked specifically for your order — no stock baking, no storage.

  3. Delivered fresh
Bread is delivered locally during the day, ready to enjoy.

This process allows the sourdough to ferment slowly and be baked as close to delivery as possible.

Delivery days

Deliveries are made on weekdays.

Because sourdough relies on time rather than speed, we ask that delivery dates are selected at least two days in advance. This gives the dough the time it needs to develop properly and allows us to plan bakes carefully.

Why we keep it local

We don’t deliver nationwide, and that’s intentional.

By staying within a 6-mile radius, we can focus on:

  • Quality over volume

  • Freshness over shelf life

  • Bread made properly, not hurried

It also keeps the bakery connected to the community it serves — something that’s always been central to traditional breadmaking.

A simple promise

Every loaf we deliver is:

  • Slowly fermented

  • Baked overnight

  • Made to order

  • Delivered locally

That’s the rhythm we work to, and the one we’re happy to keep.
