Bread made to order, baked overnight, delivered locally.
At The Midnight Bakery, bread is made to a slower rhythm. We work to the natural pace of sourdough fermentation, baking through the night so your bread can be delivered fresh during the day.
Step 1 — Choose your bread
Browse our selection of sourdough loaves and add what you’d like to your basket.
At checkout, you’ll be asked to select a delivery date. Because sourdough needs time, delivery dates are chosen at least two days in advance. You can choose a date up to 30 days in the future. Currently we deliver on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Step 2 — Fermented and baked overnight
Once your order is placed, your bread is prepared specifically for you.
The dough is fermented slowly, shaped by hand, and baked — allowing flavour and structure to develop naturally. We don’t bake ahead or store loaves; everything is made to order.
Step 3 — Delivered locally
Bread is delivered fresh within a 6-mile radius of the bakery, covering much of South Warwickshire.
Keeping delivery local allows us to bake in small batches and deliver bread at its best, with minimal time between oven and doorstep.
